Colle McVoy Hires Hamy Huynh as Talent Acquisition and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager

Hamy Huynh has joined Colle McVoy as talent acquisition and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) manager. Huynh will support the agency’s recruitment activities to attract top talent as well as help advance initiatives to meet the agency’s DEI goals. She will also help foster an award-winning equitable and inclusive culture as a member of the agency’s Culture Leadership Team.

Before joining the Colle McVoy team, Huynh managed influencer and brand partnerships at Minneapolis agency Fast Horse. Much of her DEI work at Colle McVoy will be guided by its six commitments to champion change for a better future and a comprehensive action plan spanning its recruitment, retention and advancement practices, allyships with communities of color, and opportunities to educate and inspire within and outside its walls.
