Figueroa has more than 20 years of experience across all media and on national and global brands including Google, Target, Kohl’s, Jameson, Peroni, Sam’s Club, Absolut and Nivea. Having spent the last 12+ years freelancing at shops across the country as a creative director and writer specializing in new business pitches, brand campaigns, naming and identity, she has a truly diverse range of experience. Figueroa started her career at Fallon before moving to Cramer-Krasselt, Madstone Films and TBWA\Chiat\Day in New York where she spent more than seven years before relocating to Minneapolis with her family.

Figueroa joins Colle McVoy during a time of great expansion. After experiencing an 88% new business win rate throughout 2022 and into 2023, the agency welcomed many new high-profile clients including Haribo, Goodyear, Perdue, Whirlpool and Northern Tool + Equipment. This helped deliver double-digit growth fueled by the continued evolution of its integrated agency model and by making smart investments to help lead clients in 2023 and beyond.
