Colle McVoy teamed up with Askov Finlayson to (not) launch North Swimwear, an April Fools’ Day activation to draw attention to the reality of climate change.

Whether it’s becoming B Corp-certified or promoting a line of faux swimwear on April Fools’ Day, Colle McVoy believes we have a responsibility to our employees, clients, community and the environment to not only act with integrity in everything we do, but to use our expertise as a force for good to benefit all people, communities and the planet.

For almost 90 years we’ve embraced doing good and acted purposefully to do good for our employees, clients, community and the environment. We call this good growth — a sustainable and inclusive business model that centers on environmental stewardship and DEIB (diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging). It embodies what it takes to build brands in the new, ever-changing marketing landscape and to go beyond the way things have always been done. This model and vision are not a department or discipline within our walls but rather something that’s in our culture and core to who we are.

We’ve also fortified our commitment to creating a more sustainable and inclusive world by receiving B Corp certification. The process to achieve and maintain certification is rigorous and it means we’re legally required to meet the highest standards of social and environmental performance, accountability and transparency on factors ranging from employee benefits and charitable giving to supply chain practices and input materials. We’ll meet these requirements while focusing on continuous improvement.
