Colle McVoy Named a Top Workplace and Honored for DEI Efforts

Colle McVoy, along with its partner agencies Exponent PR and 10 Thousand Design, has been named a Top Workplace in Minnesota by the Star Tribune for the 11th year in a row. The Top Workplaces award program recognizes the most progressive companies in Minnesota based on employee opinions measuring engagement, organizational health and satisfaction.
Besides being ranked on the list of top midsized companies, the agency was also honored for its support of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). During a year of unprecedented upheaval and change, Colle McVoy and other Minnesota Top Workplaces expanded and deepened their initiatives to promote workplace DEI. The employee-led Read in Color initiative that the agency created in partnership with Little Free Library was featured for its impact on promoting and distributing books with diverse characters and perspectives on racism and social justice to book-sharing boxes.
