About Jackson Hole
To get people from all over the country excited about Jackson Hole, we brought the last real mountain town to them. By combining the nostalgic and tactile experience of a traditional viewfinder with the four best views from Jackson Hole, we created a unique experience that let adventure seekers from all over step up and see the view from 6,237 feet.
And it was what was on the inside that made it really count.
From the parts. To the smarts.
We took every opportunity to give the VRnocular an authentic feel.
We fabricated a custom commutator that allowed the head of the viewfinder to spin 360- degrees freely, while preventing the wiring from tangling and protecting them from outside damage.
With everything from the way it moved to the way it looked.
We customized, prototyped, and 3D-printed a phone mount so the distance from the screen to the lens created optimal viewing for the user.

We also created a mobile version that could be used at trade shows and events by custom-fabricating a ski goggle visor and decals on an Oculus Go.
