As COVID-19 spread across the U.S., Children’s Health needed to shift its messaging to the importance of families continuing to receive pediatric care. We evolved the pediatric health system’s successful Kids Rule campaign into a new brand campaign that celebrates the strength, grit and resilience kids have in the face of life’s greatest challenges while instilling trust in patient families that they will continue to receive safe, high-quality care during uncertain — and all — times.
We used an empowering tone that captured the shared spirit of resilience between kids and caregivers. It’s one thing to tell families we’ve got this; it’s another for them to feel it.
