Our chief creative officer, Mike Caguin, shared his personal story and insight about mental illness in an article for Ad Age. He writes: “The signs can be hard to spot. In fact, nearly one in five U.S. adults lives with a mental illness and the ratios may be even higher for the creatively minded.” Given this reality, there are many things that coworkers and supervisors can do to support one another.
