Colle McVoy Hires Tracy Richards as Creative Operations Director

Colle McVoy announced today that Tracy Richards has joined the agency in the new position of creative operations director. Richards will lead resourcing and staffing within the agency’s creative department and provide input on operating best practices.

“Tracy has a wealth of knowledge, experience and connections to help us staff for today and tomorrow,” said Mike Caguin, CCO of Colle McVoy. “As we continue to grow, we are consistently seeking new solutions to improve creative operations, which will make the work better.”

Richards’ experience spans more than 20 years of resourcing, talent acquisition strategy, operational workflow processes and efficiencies, relationship building and team management. She was most recently VP of talent at VSA Partners in Chicago, where she led the geopraphically dispersed talent team and managed day-to-day resourcing. Prior to VSA, Richards was a senior recruiter for The Buzz Company and director of photography at Panoramic Images.
