Colle McVoy announced today that Ashley Aagaard has joined the agency in the new position of talent acquisition director. Aagaard will lead the agency’s recruitment strategy in attracting and retaining talent for Colle McVoy and its branded practices Exponent PR and 10 Thousand Design, as well as help foster its best-in-class, inclusive culture.
“Ashely brings a wealth of experience and a passionate, innovative focus that will help drive our talent recruitment vision today and in the future,” said Christine Fruechte, CEO of Colle McVoy. “She will also ensure the fulfillment of long-range goals that nurture our progressive and coveted work environment.”
Aagaard brings to the agency more than 10 years of talent acquisition experience from working in both large corporation and integrated agency settings. Prior to joining Colle McVoy, she was at Barkley where she oversaw recruiting efforts and diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organization. Before Barkley, she built an internal recruitment agency for Best Buy’s Corporate Creative and Marketing Team.
