Kristin Woxland has been promoted to the new role of EVP, account management. Dave Fransen has been elevated to the new role of VP, Exponent PR, Colle McVoy’s branded PR practice. Jenna Martin has been promoted to SVP, group account director, client growth — also a new title. And Missy Mans has been hired into the new role of VP, account operations.
“In 2021 Colle McVoy reached new milestones on its transformation journey, and we’re starting off the new year with a lot of momentum and double-digit growth,” said Jessica Henrichs, president, Colle McVoy. “By investing in great talent, we are poised to deliver on an incredible year ahead.”
Woxland, who will retain the existing title and responsibilities of managing director of 10 Thousand Design, another Colle McVoy branded practice, will expand her influence across the broader agency collective. As head of account management, she will use her ability to galvanize teams, drive business growth and deliver operational excellence to oversee client partnerships and advance ground-breaking ideas. Woxland reports to Henrichs.
Formerly VP, group account director, Fransen is being elevated to lead the public relations practice and further integrate Exponent’s exceptional creativity even more deeply into work across the agency to make an exponential impact for brands. He reports to and will work closely with Woxland.
Martin, previously VP, group account director, will now partner with Henrichs and Woxland to grow the agency’s business through new and existing relationships as well as drive amazing work. She reports to Henrichs.
Mans is a digital and operational thought leader with more than 10 years of experience inspiring both clients and teams alike. Reporting to Henrichs, she fills a new role that allows her to work with the agency’s project management and account management teams to help solve business problems with creative, technology-led thinking. She will also help lead the agency’s digital strategy, support new business and manage key accounts. She previously worked at agencies MONO, space150 and Zipline Interactive, leaving her stamp on innovative technology efforts for brands like Target, 3M, Polaris and Indian Motorcycle.
“This is an exciting time at the agency and we look forward to the impact these amazing leaders will have on our growth and on our clients’ businesses in 2022 and beyond,” said Henrichs.
