Colle McVoy announced today that Katie Anderson has been promoted to executive director of insight, a new title and evolved role at the agency. Anderson (formerly the director of insight) has led the strategy and analytics teams for more than three years, building them to become an indispensable agency offering and resource for clients.

Since joining CM in 2011, Anderson has been a key contributor to Associated Bank, CHS, Caribou Coffee, General Mills, Invisalign, Land O’Lakes and Purina Animal Nutrition, among others. Her strategic leadership has also played a significant role in new business, including most recently the agency’s new partnership with The Hershey Company.
For more than 20 years, Anderson has been blending the art and science of consumer and marketing insights to drive business growth. She is a brand strategist with international cross-discipline marketing experience in consulting with global marketers on positioning, creative communications and media planning. Anderson has played a key role in strategy development on both the agency and clientside for brands such as Betty Crocker, Bisquick, Caribou Coffee, Chex Mix, Cost Cutters, Downy, Famous Footwear, Febreeze, Healthy Choice, Herbal Essences, Kmart, Nature Valley, Olay and Pantene, as well as other products for Procter & Gamble Europe.
