Colle McVoy announced today that Laura Fegley has joined the agency as executive creative director. Hailing from New York with an incredible reputation built at some of the most creative agencies in the world, Fegley will help accelerate the agency’s consistent growth by elevating its overall creative product and visibility, both nationally and internationally.
Laura is that incredibly rare combination of creative talent, culture builder and the kind of leader anyone would die to work for. As for her breadth of experience, long list of accolades and range of work, it all speaks for itself. Laura is a perfect fit for Colle McVoy.

Chief Creative Officer, Colle McVoy
Fegley will join Caguin in overseeing the creative department, as well as managing key global accounts. She will also play a role in business development.
Fegley joins Colle McVoy after the announcement of new client partnerships with The Hershey Company, Invisalign and Cub Cadet. She joins a strong leadership team that also added John Doyle as executive director of brand experience. Overall billings at the agency have grown annually for more than ten consecutive years.
Fegley is known as a dynamic creative, who is recognized in the industry for bringing life to brands. Her inspirational leadership approach, along with her ability to nurture and push talent forward, has made her a trusted partner to some of the greatest creative teams in the industry. As an executive creative director at BBH, Fegley helped build a uniquely gender-balanced creative department, and was named one of “The Most Creative Women in Advertising” by Business Insider. She oversaw the global Vaseline business and various brands under the Newell-Rubbermaid account, including Graco and Calphalon, as well as The Guardian in North America. Before BBH, she held creative director roles at JWT, and Cliff Freeman and Partners, working on Stouffers, Toll House, DSW, TBS and Fox Sports. As a freelance creative at CP+B, Chiat LA, Kirshenbaum Bond, Euro, JWT, Publicis, DDB, Mother, Sapient Nitro, FCB, and Ogilvy, she nurtured an eclectic creative background in numerous categories with top brass brands including BMW, Ford, Nissan, Absolut, Heineken, Kahlua, Pampers and Huggies. She has been recognized by nearly every major award show.
Minneapolis has such a strong ad community and Colle McVoy is not only successful, but has built the foundations to become the next evolution of an ad agency. I’ve been so blown away with the team and will use my experience to add to the recipe.
