Colle McVoy Expands Media Group

Today, Colle McVoy announced the hiring of five new employees and the promotion of five employees in its media group. The expansion is a result of continued growth from existing clients and new business partnerships with The Hershey Company, Famous Dave’s of America and 3M. New hires include:

  • Sara Welch, director of broadcast buying. Welch has nearly 10 years of industry experience working at local agencies for clients that include Land O’Lakes, Johnsonville, American Airlines, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Comedy Central and MTV.
  • Allie Fjelstad, media supervisor. Fjelstad previously managed the media for brands including 3M, Syngenta, Thrivent Financial, Minnesota Department of Public Safety and United Way. She was also a merchandise planning business analyst for Target.
  • Alyssa Marschner, media planner. Prior to joining Colle McVoy, Marschner was a media buyer and planner in Des Moines, Iowa, working with clients that included the Greater Des Moines Convention and Visitors Bureau, Casey’s General Store and Iowa Pork Producers.
  • Cynthia Hang, media planner. Hang previously managed media for brands that included Target Food, C9, General Mills and UV Vodka.
  • Lauren Good, assistant media planner. Also hailing from Iowa, Good was previously a media planner and buyer in Fairfield.

In addition to the new hires, Kerry Moore and Amy Larson have been promoted to media directors (formerly senior media supervisors), Jenny Jonker and Grant Powell have been promoted to media supervisors (formerly media planners), and Chelsea Eaton has been promoted to media planner (formerly assistant media planner).
