MINNEAPOLIS – For the 11th straight year, Colle McVoy has been recognized in the Webby Awards. Hailed as the "Internet's highest honor" by The New York Times, The 23rd Annual Webby Awards is the leading international awards organization honoring excellence on the Internet.
Colle McVoy is a nominee in the Websites: Corporate Social Responsibility category for The Food Effect 360 Site, a 360º digital experience for Land O’Lakes in conjunction with National Geographic to spark conversation around the current challenges facing our food production systems. As a Webby nominee, this work has been singled out as one of the five best in the world in its category (and among the top ten percent of all work entered), and is competing for the Internet’s two most coveted awards: The Webby Award and The Webby People's Voice Award. While The Webby Award is chosen by the Academy, The Webby People’s Voice Award is voted on by the public. Both Awards are a mark of international distinction for Internet excellence.

Winners will be announced on April 23, 2019, and honored at a star-studded ceremony on May 13, 2019, at Cipriani on Wall Street in New York City. There the winners will have an opportunity to deliver one of The Webby Awards’ famous 5-Word Speeches.
