Senior Developer

Job Description

The Senior Developer is responsible for leading the software development effort on interactive projects. In addition to the development of best of class web applications, the Senior Developer is tasked with mentoring and challenging the project team to help discover the best possible interactive product within the defined budget. The ideal candidate will have a sincere passion for interactive web development, a thorough, working knowledge of current interactive trends and capabilities, and the desire to learn, innovate and contribute to the team’s creative output.

The position requires excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to lead effective presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the accurate definition of project scope, estimates and timelines
  • Lead the technical development and production for projects and accounts
  • Oversee and perform the programming (web and database development) and system design required to meet the strategies and features of client projects
  • Oversee and perform all final testing of websites and other interactive products before release
  • Provide team with feedback and assistance on required corrections
  • Coach and inspire team members
